Freedom mortgage is the worst mortgage company i have ever dealt with. I have my present mortgage with them for over 10 years. They approached me for refi and it has taken over 4 months now. They never call or reach out everytime I call they have a story, including sorry your application was closed, sorry, I will reopen and ensure everything goes through. Then we schedule closing and agent never showed up. And I never got a call or reason why? 4 months still calling asking for status?

This is the second time working with David Roberts and his team on purchasing a property and once again he made the process very easy. He was quick with responding to any questions or concerns that we had, he made all the paperwork process a breeze. He made sure and come to us if anything popped up and figured out ways to resolve it, we felt save in his hands.
