When you are surrounded by an incredible team such as the one lead by Laura you're sure to get things done and she took my wife and me to the finish line of purchasing our primary home. Laura demonstrated vast knowledge as a loan officer and answered all of our questions, and we had many of them. Our loan process was very tedious and consisted of a lot of administrative work, however Laura made sure we had all the correct paperwork on time and ensured that we met our closing date. This is the second loan I have worked on with Laura, the first being an investment property and this one my primary. Both were successful and I look forward to continuing to work with Laura in the future. My wife and I are very happy with the end result. I contacted Gerard Troha at RoundPoint in early 2021 to inquire about obtaining a SONYMA loan. Gerard took the time to explain the process, and all the other options I had. Worst mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. I would stay away from this company. I refinanced 5 years ago and the bank sold my loan to freedom mortgage. Every year with them my mortgage would go up and up with escrow shortages but no changes to my insurance or taxes?? Went to refinance this year was all ready to close with another bank and freedom mortgage claimed they would beat the other banks deal to keep me as their customer. For over four months I jumped through hoops getting all the paperwork they needed. Kept telling me that they were waiting for title company but keep paying your mortgage!!! Scam artists. They have no intentions on getting me a better deal. I almost lost my rate but luckily found a great company who took care of me. Update: as soon as I told them how disappointed I was they were so upset with me being unhappy they sent me a letter to cancel my loan application!!! Yeah freedom mortgage obviously doesn’t care at all!!! They are a joke. Stay away from this company. That’s how they treat their veterans..... real nice

Freedom Mortgage was simply amazing! Today I closed on my new home. Every number that Frank told me, was the actual number at the end of the process. There were no surprises. My loan processor Jessica was phenomenal and with me every step of the way! She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them) immediately and professionally. Joseph was very attractive and easy to speak to. He explained the process every step of the way. He even helped us get answers from my lawyer when we were not able to reach him. When we sent a email, text or called he would respond right away or will let you know when he can get back to you. We had a great experience and have already referred someone to him.
