Dione Oliver and Cindy Langston out of the Flint location absolutely rock. They were both full of knowledge and quick with responses to any questions we had. They both worked late into the night to make sure we had everything we needed for the underwriter and just overall went way above and beyond. We have never had such a good experience with a company before. We will for sure be recommending people over to them! Also forgot the most important fact they helped us get our home closed on our anniversary! Truly a special day for the both my wife and I!

Sold my mortgage the day after closing on my home. Was given recommendations for a home inspector and was completely screwed. I don't even think FHA did a walk through as there were several violations upon moving in. In 5 months i have paid for electrical updates, roofing updates, new garbage disposal, sewer and plumbing problems. The seller Michelle Oseland flipped the house with her husband and they did horrible work. House is nothing but a headache. Inspector, keller Williams and the seller were all in on this deal and it shows, weeks after buying my home the seller started working at keller Williams coincidence i don't believe so.They claimed many things in the house were new but upon further review they lied. I wouldn't do business with Kellar Williams or Ross Mortgage ever again. I tried reaching out to these companies to no avail.
