Had a chain tested multiple times. All verified true. Went to ronnies to have a piece tested in front of a third party who I was going to sell to. All came back verified until the acid test. I stepped out of the store to let the potential buyer ask his own questions. The employee said the price I was asking was a good deal. She then told the buyer it was closer to 10 karat not 14. I have 2 other shops telling me bad reviews about this place due to their high prices. Both shops have guaranteed me that the piece is real. They ruined my deal because we weren’t buying or selling to them. Even though I offered to pay for the tests. None of which are done infront of the customer.

I’d received a mailing from Ronnie’s and, coincidentally, my wife had advised she needed some new gold earrings. I’d not been to Ronnie’s in a long time so decided to stop in to see if they could meet my wife’s desires. Not only did they have the earrings I wanted but they bent over backwards to help me out to include modeling the product to assure the size was right. An outstanding purchasing experience. Ronnie’s is my place for jewelry.

I came in the shop apprehensive and needing some modifications on a ring and had just gone to another shop who were rude and gave me an astronomical price so I didn’t know what to expect. They were so helpful and pleasant and gave me a much more reasonable price! They completed the work quickly and to my surprise when I picked it up they said the price was even cheaper than they originally thought!!! That’s an honest and trustworthy business. So happy to have found them and wish I had years ago!

Ronnie's Jeweler's is a local jeweler that does amazing work. They can redesign any piece of jewelry and make it look so unique. I have had rings, earrings, and necklaces designed all one-of-a-kind. They are so friendly and helpful and you feel treated like a special customer regardless of what you may purchase. Their prices are so reasonable and I have been coming to them for years. They also have a large display of jewelry for sale, including estate jewelry. For my most recent purchase, they redesigned a ring that my husband had purchased for me on our honeymoon 24 years ago. They used the gold and the stones and make it look completely unrecognizable and stunning. If you are looking for a jeweler that does beautiful work, I strongly suggest you seek out Ronnie's.

I love Ronnies! I am not their best customer by any stretch of the imagination but I have been a loyal customer for some 30+ years. I observe other customers who make much larger and more frequent purchases than I do but whenever I step into their beautiful showroom, I am greeted the very same way as all the other guests. They always listen to me and come up with creative ways to make sure that my repair or purchase is as wonderful an experience as those guests with a much deeper pocket. They NEVER have treated me with any less attention than any other customer.
