Their website was so easy to use, everything was filled out online and we had a preapproval letter in 24 hours of our first conversation Rolph Mortgage offered a few option, like a very low rate or no closing costs, we went with the incredibly low rate and still got $500.00 off our closing costs. Their website was easy to work, everything was submitted online, even signatures, they asked for minimal paperwork which was also submitted online.
