Been with them for over 12 years with no problems. Now i had a bump in life they will not even help. They have gotten to big to care about you now.

Great location. There was a long line but the tellers got us all handled quickly. Been a member since 2015 and wouldn't change a thing.

No one answers phone calls. You listen to 15 minutes of automated voices" log on to are website to do stuff". After a while you have to give up and go in in person. Not a good solution when nearly every help thing I need is computer related.

Weeks before my loan payment was to be automatically taken out of my account on the 7th of May, I took advantage of the “skip a payment” offer that Rogue Fed offers to all their loan clients. I signed the paper and was told I wouldn’t have to pay. The morning of the 7th, a Monday, I noticed they took the money out of my account anyway. Instead of calling, I decided to appear to the bank in person to get things figured out. At first the lady who offered to help appeard to be professional and willing to help, but that quickly changed. I explained my situation and she started looking into it. First she started to tell me I was wrong, I didn’t sign any paper, and that I probably just talked to someone. I told her I for a fact signed a paper and I had a witness with me. She left the counter without saying anything and went to an office to talk to someone. She then came back and told me that someone failed to stop the automatic payment from coming out. I asked when it was possible to get the money back into the account, which was a few hundred dollars. She rudely told me I would have to wait 3 days, not sure of why that number. I was very upset by this point because the reason I deferred the payment was because I needed that money to take to a wedding venue for my deposit, and it was scheduled 3 hours away from my house the next day. So now I have to postpone the date of my wedding due to someone not doing their job. Their lack of support has created a bigger inconvenience in my life. I did what I was supposed to do, they should have done their jobs.

I have literally been sitting in front of the ATM/teller machine waiting to speak to a teller for the last 15 minutes. There is no one in the drive-through, and there is no one in the bank, and they still can’t manage to help me here! Laziest rogue federal credit union branch I’ve ever been to!I’ve watched a total of 11 cars go through the drive-through since I’ve been sitting here and no one will help me! Is this some sort of weird joke

Very helpful staff. In and out quick. Never have I ever had a problem with them. Definitely going to be a long-term account holder with them.

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I got service. All the other drive thru windows emptied 3 times before someone finally helped me. What a waste of my time.
