Great staff that was very accommodating and I was able to walk in and speak with a banker almost immediately. Their customer service was very welcoming which only supported the great rates I received for an auto loan.

As I feel everyone's is at this point, I've been really disappointed and irritated with the new online/mobile banking app. A system that was supposed to make banking easier has definitely made it harder for business owners. Today I walked in to the North Phoenix branch needing assistance with online banking for multiple accounts, and an incorrect deposit made from the teller ATM. The manager Ty Reynolds went above and beyond helping solve all my issues in a professional and timely manor. Thanks to him I will continue banking with Rouge.
