Ashlee Wyatt is a miracle worker. She was billed as the "first time home buyer expert"; well I'm here to tell you she was all that & more! After being turned down by 4 other lenders for various reasons, my wife and I were at our wits end. Being resigned to renting another house (can't really do apartments with our 2 Pitbulls)I heard Rodney's spot on the Ben & Skin Show on 97.1 and figured I'd give them a try. Even after all those hard credit inquiries Ashlee was able to navigate us through an odd situation to say the least. She fixed our credit, got our loan approved, & got us in our first home. She even fixed us up to get $650 back at closing! To say that Ashlee went above & beyond would be such an understatement! I know mine is a very limited scope of experience, but the way I see it: everyone else are hacks. Most notable are cross country mortgage, & rocket mortgage! The people at Supreme Lending were just so friendly and easy to talk to. When I had questions, they were answered within hours if not minutes. Suzie Reed was able to work with me to find the right plan. She was honest and told me about past experience and was even willing to give me her opinion on things when i asked. I had shopped around with several other lenders. She was so much easier to work with and talk to, that it was an easy decision when she was able to match and beat competitors rates and closing cost. Also, I spent absolutely no money out of pocket throughout the entire process. They even rolled in the appraisal so I wasn't out $500. I will definitely be using their services and knowledge in the future and would gladly recommend them to any friends or family.

Excellent team to work with! They made applying and getting our mortgage easy. They were on top of it all. Great communication, every question or request we had was answered immediately and completely. I kept hearing from friends how they would get to closing and find out various things were missing or not ready and to be prepared for hiccups in the process, not with this team! If you've got good credit, there's no reason to approach any other lender. We have done two cash-out refinances with Suzie Reed. We've lowered our interest rates each time, and gotten the cash out we needed to make some home improvements. Suzie and her team just make everything happen. Their communication is excellent. The process is laid out in simple-to-follow steps. In both cases we closed in less than two weeks and at our convenience. Amazing company!

Rodney came highly recommended to me. We actually signed a refinance against my better (guy) judgement. After talking it over with a friend in the business, they suggested I rescind and give Rodney a call. I did and had to leave a message with the receptionist and she assured me he would get back to me as soon as he could since tine was of the essence. Three days later and he never even bothered to call. Rodney and his whole team were very impressive! Our cash out refinance closed in under 30 days when other lenders said it would be a minimum of 90 days but closer to 120. They made the entire process "painless and stress free". We are building a pool and outdoor room and now have the cash in hand to do so. We have used Rodney Anderson about half a dozen times now for purchases or refinances. Each time the experience has been great but I will say that this time it was even better! Rodney has streamlined the entire process, including the appraisal and the closing. He has different teams who each specialize in an aspect of the process and they each do their part quickly and efficiently, but Rodney stays engaged throughout and would just call from time to time to see how things were going! They really helped me out, I was able to get a cash out refi they made everything so quick and easy. They know what they are doing and when they tell you close out in little as 15 days they don’t lie it was quick.
