If I could give negative stars I would! All I was trying to find out was how much you needed to open a checking and savings account. When I called one of the prompts that I pressed was for new accounts and the product and services they provide. When the woman answered in an adequate amount of time, I told her what my question was and she put me on hold. I figured maybe she would know right away especially if this seemed like her job. She had me on hold for 10 minutes and then came back and said she was sorry but she couldn’t help me with that and that she would send me through to someone that could. I said thank you to her and she put me on hold again. I listened to the same exact music that was on when she put me on hold and after about 10 more minutes it changed to different music and then there were those random speeches from an automated service that told me about their services. I waited on hold for 34 minutes and no one ever got back to me. I tried calling back six different times and each time I called back the wait time for someone was either 25 minutes or 30 minutes or 35 minutes. I called the Rockland bank in Rockland and it’s supposedly 35 minutes to talk to somebody 🤦‍♀️🙄 It is ridiculous that the woman that I spoke to did not know a simple answer, but I’m pretty sure every person at the bank should know about starting a new account and how much you need for it. The prompt that I had to press was literally for that exact reason and this woman didn’t know what she was doing and then passed the buck and no one ever answered. They will never get my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know how awful they actually are!

One star is too much for the person I dealt with on a mortgage request. Highly disappointed with her attitude and the way she addressed me. It almost seemed like she thought I was retarded or something. Twilight Zonish. I wrote to a manager and a week later I’m still waiting for his call. If you need a mortgage go somewhere else.

I live in Rockland and this bank is always friendly, courteous and available.

I always liked Rockland Trust, but the Loan Officer I am dealing with leaves me hanging. Responds to messages days or weeks later. Same excuse”I was away for weekend “. Or she just ignores me. Terrible experience! So disappointed.

i i went swap a check it today 10/16 i presented my driver’s license and already wanted my social number, give i asked if were of the fbi, not like take more of 30 minutes for swap a check, am honest and paid my taxes and had woman it that works that stayed me questioning a hill questions, i i've sent connect for who had me given the check, all without education and ignorant this bank if finds in the city of rockland I hope to never enter this bank again, because I was very disappointed and because they treated me badly

Caution, The On-line banking system sends payments to incorrect locations. It took them 5 months to correct.

Great crew at all locations, but not as helpful or friendly at headquarters.
