Rockland Trust Bank Liberty St, Hanson

The Hanson Rockland Trust is a great bank with excellent employees. They are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. A couple years ago my wife and I were both battling cancer & we got a call from the bank employees who all chipped in and sent my family 4 pizza’s. Every time I go in the bank, Jill or the bank manager asks how my kids are doing. I worked for America’s largest bank for 28 years & I can guarantee you, they would never do anything to assist a local family unless the cameras were on.

Working with these people is like a wonderful trip back to how customer service used to be - Excellent! They go out of their way to help. The branch manager, Karen Sharon, has helped me out many times with various issues I have had and worked to solve them all. She's passed that customer-centric ethic down to all the employees there. I've worked with them for quite a few years now and even after moving away from Hanson, I have chosen to leave my money there because of the personal service. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

I have to echo all the other reviews. Every time I come in here I'm met with quality customer service. This is a great location and I've stuck with it most of my life.
