Rockland Trust Bank Robeson St, Fall River

I have been a customer of Rockland trust, and prior to that, Slades Ferry Trust for 40 years. My only issue is not having enough customer service people for “bill pay” questions.

It was a fantastic experience walking in the Rockland Trust Bank located at 768 Robeson St Fall River MA. I went there to open up an account. Tracey Allen was experienced and able to solve all the questions I had. She was nice n pleasant Good job Tracey keep it up.

I Have been doing banking in Fall River for 20 years this November when I bought a house around the corner from this Rockland trust Branch. At the time there was only bank in the neighborhood so I just opened an account there. It was ok I guess. Never really compared it against any other until I opened an account for a credit line with a national bank (Headquartered in Spain) with a Main St branch. It too was Meh, but the rate or something must have been attractive at the time. I can’t remember......and that’s just it! I don’t remember. I met Lisa at a networking event and she did a little elevator speech. I was contemplating a new bank for an account I wanted to open for a new home to keep them separate. I popped in and Lisa opened the account and explained it all to me and helped me get my mobile account going (which she probably didn’t have to do and I should have been able to do myself lol) But she did... after a couple visits it was sinking in that these folks were “allowed” to be a little more normal and friendly with customers. Way less stiff than any other bank I’d been in. I mean where else would a bank teller sing “Mr Crowley” to me. Great Job Lisa and team

I wanna give them 0 star because they have bad customer service, was there to open a account and the teller left me in the office for over 5min and went and help another customer, she just said I'll be right back and never came back to help me. I just walked out cuz I felt discriminated against!!

Waited in line forever just to ask a question while the tellers yap about nothing.. Very unproffesional service...changed my mind about opening an account there.

This is by far the best bank ive ever had in the city and im glad i switched from bank5 to them. Paypal got hacked and account was in negative and rockland trust took care of it immediately even when paypal didnt. When i got hit with overdraft fee they reversed it (rarely happens but people make mistakes). Checking and savings account are 100% free and never got hit with any hidden fees or monthly fees. Everytime i go to my bank or call customer service they are always so polite and professional.

Horrible customer service, employees don't even know the bank policy I will be changing banks in 2022

Always helpful and provide a great experience. The customer service is superior compare to other banks.

There was t anyone ahead of me at the drive thru ATM it was a quick trip

Terrible service at this branch, waited a half hour for an issue I was told they could not help me with because the line was too long. Even though I was waiting for customer service for over a half hour.
