RUDE!!! Every time I call them even for something simple, they act as if you are bothering them! I am literally so sweet everytime I call in hopes that they will change their attitude. It never works! You can literally hear the sarcasm in their voice and hear them huffing and puffing. If you get locked out of your online banking, they WILL belittle you! Horrible customer service! I spent years In the banking industry and the bank that I worked for took pride in their customer service! That is NOT the case here! If people on here are saying that they are nice, it's probably because they know them personally. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! If you work here and you are seeing this, remember...your customers are part of what makes a business!!!! Just because you don't want to come to work, you should still put a smile on your face and treat people with respect!

I bank with a sister credit union of Rocket Federal. I was in a jam, and needed help with a deposite. They were more than willing to help me out on Christmas Eve. Big thanks!

Needed a couple of money orders and some cash for an Emergency. Rocket F.C.U. was the nearest co-op branch located an hour away! Was well worth the distance. With Diedra's assistance I was back on the road in no time! Thank's Rocket F.C.U. !!!

The worst bank ever they charge fees that are out of this world. They give you random returned fees for amounts you had in your bank account. When you pay your bills on time. The workers are rude Worst bank ever!!!!
