Rocket City Federal Credit Union Clinton Ave W, Huntsville

We LOVE this bank!!! We love the "small town" feel in a big city! They have made it a habit to get to know us and have done so much to help us work toward our goals financially. Even our car buying experience has been the easiest by far with Rocket City FCU.

Terrible customer service!! My daughter went to Rocket City on Clinton to make a simple transaction. They are the CO-OP bank to ASECU. The staff and manager said her name was not on the checking account. I went to ASECU and they verified my daughters name was on the account. ASECU then called Rocket City to verify the account information. Their response was we can’t see it. They made no attempt to service my daughter or try to verify the information with ASECU. They were only interesting in being rude and asking for the CEO at ASECU. Their customer service is below any standard that I have ever experienced or expected. ASECU is the best!!! Beware of this CO-OP

If you get a gift card from this place they are a total pain in the Axx. Dont work in most places. And they wont give you cash for them.

I like the way thay take care of the paple and I been with Them for 4to 5 years

Thank God for Kelly Johnson and Abby Newby at Rocket City Federal Credit Union on Clinton Ave. These were the sweetest and most helpful people during my visit today; however, my experience today was the complete opposite of my encounter with the two aforementioned ladies! This location is listed as a Co-op shared branch on ASECU’s website and they should be able to see all the information that an ASECU employee can see. This, apparently, was not the case, and Rocket City Federal Credit Union could not see what ASECU or Avadian could see. Rocket City Federal Credit Union was not able to complete my transaction due to this matter. In addition to this inconvenience, there was an employee who raised her voice across two teller windows to say “ She was just in here at Kathy’s window trying to do the same thing”. She has no idea what I was trying to do and she was ignorant to the fact that I was making a different transaction than theprevious one I was attempting to make when I was at Kathy’s window. This individual is very unprofessional and makes Rocket City Federal Credit Union on Clinton Ave look incompetent and incapable of delivering quality customer service to the people of Huntsville. I left this location and went to Avadian, where my transaction was completed in under five minutes and without any individual raising their voice across two teller windows. I wish there was an option of less than one star that I could give to this Rocket City Federal Credit Union location.

RUDE is all I can say about this place!! Way behind in technology, need to get with 2019 and technology!! When you walk in there on Friday afternoon and the place is empty, says they dont have many customers. Heather Guffey is the only one there that had any respect for customers!

The employees have become friends over time—Very good bill pay app.— I highly recommend
