We worked with Rochelle this summer to sell our home and purchase a new home. Rochelle gave us recommendations on selling our home that at first seem like it would be difficult, but in the end prove to be very critical to selling our house. Our house went up for sale on a Monday at 11 AM. Our house was in contract by Tuesday at 8 PM., and we had eight offers to choose from. She is very experienced, attentive, and knowledgeable in what it takes to sell a house and to stand out from the competition. Her 3D tours and photos that she has her partner take are by far the absolute best quality possible! I honestly think these guys are setting the bar higher than anybody else in town for photos and video. And it made a huge difference in selling our home.
