Robins Financial Credit Union S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins

I have been a customer ever since it was Robins Federal. However, when they became Robins Financial it has slowly went downhill. I had two auto loans in the past with Robins both paid off and were in good standing and when I really needed a new loan for a car to get me back and forth to work in they flat out denied me due to credit issues. Also, the employee turnover is obvious with some employees being very rude. I have had issues lately with employees asking me to see my paycheck stubs just to deposit a check into my account and I deposit the same check with the same company every week so there should be no issues. My mobile deposit doesn’t work either and no one seems to know the answer. Finding a new bank soon.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service. When you call to try and do just about anything you get a complete run around.

I have been a member for more than ten years. In the last year, my account has been compromised four times with several thousand dollars stolen. They have always investigated the issues and credited my account but today I had another instance and they are incredibly insensitive about refunding the fraudulent activity timely, telling me they have to wait up to five days to correct an issue where they allowed a fraudulent charge to post! I can no longer trust the security of this credit union as the fraud has become rampant. I opened a new account at a large national bank today and will be closing this account after a decade of loyalty.

I am exiting customer with this bank last 5 years I try to open my business account I have gave her my all documents whatever bank require. My one document missing signature by me I told her I can sign it in front of her she does not wants to accept that document. She said I have to hire lawyer to sign it my own document. I am only owner of that company. She was very mean.

My representative Theresa was awesome! She made the process quick and easy. Was in and out in under 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Been a customer of theirs for 36 years have had no issues with banking, only time I have had a issue is when my card was hacked and they took care of it. Great bank!!!

I just sat on the phone 30 minutes + waiting on someone to answer the phone. I selected the prompt I wanted and kept getting “your call is very important to us”. I was inquiring about changing bank to RFCU but after reading the reviews while waiting, I think I will stay where I’m at. Need better customer service!!

I and my family have banked with Robins for over 40 years truthfully there is no other bank I’d use or recommend! I know that I’d recommend. I myself have had 4 other banking accounts at separate institutions, none of which compared to the service, kindness and professionalism i get at Robins. Rates are low and access is great. Hats off to RFCU!

I put money into the ATM machine like I usually do but this Tim it kept my money and give it back… the amount was 4 digits. This was 18th December and I still haven’t got my money or credit for it and it’s the holidays. I hope you guys don’t try to railroad me.

A hometown bank. Well staffed, acessable and doesn't Nickle and dime you with crazy fees. A bank run by people for people the way banks used to be.
