atm is always down no matter what time of day, or it isn’t taking cash deposits.

Very poor service. I had a Roth IRA that they only paid .5% on. Found that Edward Jones has better returns on Roth IRA. Only after requesting to transfer funds did the "offer" to get me better returns, which was still not competitive. The ATMs are not maintained sufficiently at several branches. Often i cannot make check or cash deposits at the ATM after hours. Generally not satisfied with them.

Very helpful and friendly service! Any and all my questions wee answered in a sincere tone. The only issue is the hours. The bank inside doesn't open till 8:30 am whereas the help line is 24 hours (but that is a google mistake I believe).

Needs another location in Perry GA the ATM and drive thru are often packed

I was on hold for 20 minutes and they never answered and all I had was a simple question this is ridiculous!

The people are usually very nice but seriously need extra workers. Everyday only two lanes open and literally cars are wrapped around the building THIS IS AN EVERYDAY ISSUE. Can hardly use the ATM because it is always out of service and you usually have to wait in a long line to find that out as well. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

I had been a customer of this institution for many years. Recently, in attempts to make cash deposits, the younger tellers have begun to ask increasingly more complex questions about personal information that is of no concern to the teller or the institution( in order to access my account). I am a professional person of color who probably does not meet stated or assumed criteria of the persons with whom I interacted. I do not have a loan or any other liability related to this institution. In fact I have attempted to keep a modest balance at all times in order to assist those who might need financial assistance. The change in treatment is at best insensitive and at worst, racist. I would suggest that customers be wary of this institution. This is particularly true of people of color.

I am down right furious at this point. My mother requested to add me to her account, back in November, in the case of something happening to her it would cut the red tape. I just checked my credit history and found that a credit check was done with Equifax which is a hard credit hit on your credit report! It dropped my score by 3 points! I was unaware that while electronically signing to get added to her account that there would be a credit check, it WAS NOT VERBALLY disclosed to me at the time. When calling today to see why I was told that I had signed a form approving this and that was for any future loan purposes.? IF I had been applying for a loan or to open an account maybe, BUT NOT BECAUSE SOMEONE WANTS TO ADD YOU TO THEIR ACCOUNT!!!!!!! We were told before hand that all I had to do was come in with here, bring my drivers license and social security card to be added to the account and of course your have to sign your name electronically. At no point and time was it disclosed that they would take it upon their selves to do a credit check "for future loan purposes" and yes I am absolutely mad about 3 little points, they do make a difference to your credit score and it will not come off until 2017! I will be contacting Equifax and notifying them of this unnecessary credit check!

Friendly service! They make you feel like you are one of the family. Great bank.
