This is my second time working with Rob- first when I bought my home and again recently when I refinanced. Rob explained the refinancing process and was always prompt to respond to questions- and I had lots of questions! The online portal made providing and reviewing documents very quick and easy. Rob and his team were in constant contact to let me know the status of the process and the whole thing from start to finish was surprisingly quick. Rob and his team were very helpful throughout and it made a potentially stressful experience almost totally stress-free. I would recommend him to anyone looking to finance/refinance a home or condo.
