I rarely take the time to write reviews but I thought it was warranted in this case. The service I received from Lee and his staff was absolutely top notch. I have an unorthodox work schedule with my work being consistent but seasonal and have had ridiculous difficulty getting the eight or so mortgages/refinances funded over the years. To be honest I was really dreading this process and was pleasantly surprised by the can do attitude of Lee and his staff. They did most of the legwork and only asked things of me that were necessary. Any questions I had were returned promptly. I kept waiting for surprises and last minute problems that have happened with every prior mortgage but they never materialized. We were in escrow a year ago on a property in Sonoma county,CA. On the last day the underwriter decided they would not except my wife’s income from her in home day care business. We were devastated to say the least. We actually gave up our dream of home ownership. Almost a year later we decided to try again but locally. We decided to try several different lenders this time and Daniel was actually referred to us by my wife’s brother. He had just purchased a home and said we should give Daniel a call. The thing is, Daniel was a lender in Arizona. We had been told that sellers and realtors prefer to work with local lenders. However the local lenders couldn’t do much for us. Daniel on the other hand not only got us approved but he got us approved for much more and it was a underwritten approval. I spoke with Daniel and even surprisingly got to meat him. I explained our last experience and he promised he would not let that happen to us again. If he couldn’t help us he would let us know right from the start. Daniel understood my desire to provide my wife and kids a home and a future. He was so easy to work with and a straight shooter. He made our dream of home ownership a reality. Out of state in all! I was abe to finalize my refinance with Lee Liebermans company in 15 days. This was done so smoothly and quickly and the money was deposited to my account in that time. I am so glad I contacted Lee and used his company. I had previously contacted the bank that held my mortgage about refinancing through them. I thought this would be finalized quickly as I was with them for about 20 years. When 4 months had passed and they still were not giving me a closing date, my daughter told me about Lee, who she said she had refinanced through a few times and in about 2 weeks.
