I am a customer from Pennsylvania. I was a former resident of Oswego, NY and Jason successfully completed and submitted our family tax returns for years. When we moved to Pennsylvania, I did not feel comfortable finding and building a new relationship with a tax preparer I was not familiar with, so I called Jason and he said they complete out of state tax returns. So over the past four years, we have been sending our tax information in from PA and it has worked out great. I have had my taxes done with R J Caruso for over 10 years, specifically with Jason Rinoldo. I live in a different state but it’s like I go to the office. I get paperwork in advance to fill out and review and then I just mail it back with any needed documents. If I forget anything they always find it and get to me to clarify or submit. Simple and easy.
