Riverview Community Bank Ne Burnside Rd, Gresham

I left a rating earlier today. It disappeared so I came in with an Ira deposit the front checkers it know how to do one because it’s complicated manager came out. I’ve shared with her and be good if they were cross trained. It’s been really hard to figure out where to put deposit for my Roth Ira. She says there’s only 200 of them. Later on had a call back because I put too much in it. Another person that works in Riverview at another branch was tone monitoring and very unappropriate. Unfortunately called me back after she hung up on me. Again all over deposit for a Roth Ira. Now I have a phone call from the manager for Riverview telling me I need to be quiet and I made such a name for myself. And the Gresham manager left quite an email about who I am. My husband heard how he was talking to me and could not believe he was the manager being rude and telling me to be quiet. I said again maybe I forgot how to deposit but this is all over money. He then took my personal information and reached out to an ex employee to check on who I was. To find out information how to help me. I cannot believe Riverview represents themselves out.

I have worked with Brenda and Brooks and they go above and beyond! I'm so happy I switch to this bank. I tell all my friends that this is the best place for small business banking.

I have to say that since switching 3 or so years ago from the large banking giants (such as Chase and Well Fargo that I personally had sour experiences with) that treat you as an insignificant number. It’s refreshing to have a bank that truly cares about you as a customer and values your business.

3000$ has been stolen from my family’s account. We asked the manager to check the cameras. She stopped replying to us. If you don’t want to get robbed, do not put your money in Reverview Bank. They are unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful. Here is some pictures for the one and the only response that we got from the manager before she sent an email to my dad asking him to come take his money because they wanted to close his account. In big Banks, the managers DO NOT ignore emails from their customers. We’re leaving now, but not before getting our money back........

Outstanding service ! I came in here to get a cashier's check for rent and was helped by Opal. I was having a bad day but she was so nice and genuine it completely made my day. For a small bank they are so personal and helpful. Glad to call them my bank!

I have banked at larger banks and been just another faceless accountholder. At Riverview's Gresham branch, I am recognized and greeted, and I quickly get steered to the appropriate person for today's banking - whether a deposit, a loan, or other matters. While COVID has stressed all businesses, Riverview has been there for me this past year, helping me with varied personal and business banking needs.

Doesnt actually protect you from online fraud they deny your claim and say you downloaded the app so all charges weather fraud or not is on you. Dont use this bank

One of the better banks I know of. Customer service has been good thus far. Would recommend.
