This shop is amazing all around. Stop by and check out the deals they offer! The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Every product I have purchased works great. I really love the reward incentives for school aged children and even a few freebies for customers. I have also sold items and I felt the staff worked with me to give fair pricing. The guns available are awesome and they always get in new stock! It's safe to say this store has become a favorite! I would recommend to everyone.

Riverside Pawn in Madison Heights is our #1 choice of the local pawn shops. My husband frequents here often they offer a layaway program for guns and ammo. Today however I brought my daughter in because they offer a free DVD for every A your child gets on their report card. We talked to and was checked out by Candy who was very friendly and super nice. We highly recommend.

This is a very clean, organized, and spacious shop. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I used the shop for an FFL transfer. Everything went smoothly and the price was right. They should have a TV show.

I went into this place on a referral from a friend of mine to check out the gun inventory as I am a collector and he told me they had a fair amount of good inventory and sometimes found a good buy. I unfortunately was disappointed and doubt I will go back again unless they get new employees or at least train certain ones on customer service. I went over to the guns where a lady with her hair pulled back was on the phone talkin, never acknowledged me once because she was to busy on the phone talking to what sounded like her child and whomever was tending them. There were two other employees in the store a gentleman helping a few people at the desk and another lady with short blonde hair helping some people with jewelry. I was in the store pacing back and forth at the guns at no avail so I turned to leave after about I would say 15-20 minutes while she never stopped talking on her phone or broke away to speak to me until I got to the door and then and only then did she pull the phone away and loudly say did you want to buy a gun today sir sorry I have a child that fell with a booboo, at this point I do not want anything because I apparently am not the focus so I just waved her off and left. I then went to a few other places and ended up purchasing 3 guns, 2 riffles and a pistol which may not mean much in the long run but I would definitely have been a repeat customer so it adds up. I was not going to bring attention to this but my friend that referred me there said they are constantly asking for reviews so I decided maybe this will help train and get better customer service for others in the future. I am all about supporting local business as long as they support us.

I went to this pawn shop to ask questions about the value of some items I owned. One of the owners spent time with me explaining how to determine value of my items. She was very patient and helpful. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I came into the store to look around a few days ago and inquired about an item and the blonde lady was very nice but while she was talking to me another red headed lady started talking over her saying we don't waste time showing customers or telling them about items that I haven't priced because it's expensive and even when I said once it's put out could you let me know she said if it's available when you come you may get it but no and she was rude to the point I decided not to buy what I had seen while looking around I will not be back and I would not send anyone else I know there either. The rudeness is not good for business.

Best pawn shop around. All around great prices on everything from guns to jewelry. They have a great selection of electronics. I personally found a great set of golf clubs. They also have a great layaway plan for those must have items. I definitely recommend them over the other Pawn shops around here. Go by and see them today.
