My experience with Riverfall's employees is always pleasant. They have proven to be courteous and friendly both in person as well as over the phone. I rely heavily on over the phone transactions whenever a need arises for across account transactions. I am grateful because I live out of town and due to recently retiring, I'm not in town often. The new River Falls Credit Union opened yesterday in Centreville. I have had an account with River Falls since March and have had issues with my debit card and app ever since. August Anna Caffee had it all fixed in less than 30 minutes. Every one at the location were super nice and I am glad.to have them in our hometown.

RiverFall Credit Union is a great bank. We use them for my husbands business loan. They were great and not to mention had the lowest rates. We will definitely be using them for our personal banking now. The main office in town town Tuscaloosa is the best!!! Thank you all!!
