They are liars & theives! They stole my play station 5 that I had no choice to pawn because we hit a hard time and I was a week late on it because I caught COVID and was quarantine and I called to let them know and then found out he already pulled it and I was gonna buy it back and he said it was already gone. So if you pawn something they like don't plan on getting it back the owner takes it!

Very low integrity!!! Contacted the store to verify the motorcycle was still available. I was told yes it was. I informed them we were on our way to look at it and would be there in the afternoon. We drove over three hours only to find out they sold it to someone else an hour before we got there. When we arrived and asked to see the bike, the clerk was very flippant in his attitude. He literally said, “it sold” and turned and walked away. Honorable people and ethical business owners would have given us a first right of refusal considering we were enroute. This type of behavior is typical of very untrustworthy people. I suspect we dodged a bullet with these guys!!!!

I love river valley pawn! They have a large selection of stuff! They are always friendly and happy to see you. They are very knowledgable and easy to deal with.

Horrible service, very rude and disrespectful customer service. Very shocked how they speak to people and in front of children at that. 1st time and last time I will walk in to that place.

Purchased more than one firearm here at a great price and they have some other things but ammunition and used handguns are what keeps me going back.

So I pawned at used PlayStation 4 pro God of War edition and a laptop PlayStation was wore and faded but worked really well. They told me the PlayStation wasn't worth more than a 150 cause it was so wore so I didn't get much for it. Which was fine except I called this month saying I would be about a week late I have never been late before and he said that would be fine. I went today to pay on it and they had already pulled it and said it was up to the manager if he would let me go ahead and pay on it or not and it would depend on my history and I have never been late before. He told me he couldn't do that because it was worth too much! He had done put it on the shelf for $375 after telling me it was only worth $150! Told me it wasnt bad business to flat out lie to customers and take my families playstation like that and just for the record that playstation has been knocked over so many times its just not worth that much so buyer beware! I'll never go back into this place for any reason!

Good selection of firearms but over priced and will not bargin with you.

Love this pawn shop. Having a gun shipped there for the transfer. Recomend them if you live in the alma area and want to get a firearm transfered. Was in and out in less than ten minutes
