The staff here is amazing. I went in and immediately felt welcomed but beyond that this might be the cleanest place in madisonville. The knowledge and willingness of the staff to help my father with nothing but respect…just thank you. They never acted like he was a bother and answered any questions about everything he touched or asked about.

I bought a gun from them, and it had gained some chemical damage from sitting, so they reimbursed me to get it fixed. Also they were super nice about it!

I love coming to this place to find good deals on tools and music equipment. They always make good cash deals. However, my recent experiences have not been great. I had to wait for the lady to finish her personal conversation on her cell phone before she would help me. The two guys that were there had customers and were busy, but she was sitting at the computer talking/texting and paying me no mind. This is not my first experience with this. I love the deals here, but I'll wait for an employee that wants to be there to help me from here on out.

I DON'T LIKE THE LADY THAT RUNS IT SOMETIME'S ALTHOUGH HAVEN'T SEEN NOR HAD TO DEAL WITH HER LATELY ITS THE GUYS FRONT LINE AND TAKING CARE OF BUSS AND ALWAYS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH THEM ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY SHE ACTS LIKE SHE DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING NEAR WHAT YOU WANT OR WHAT ITEMS ARE WORTH SOMETHING FOR NOTHING CHARGE YOU AND ARM LEG TO BUY IT BUT WONT EVEN PAWN THERE OWN ITEM THEY JACKED YOU FOR SERIOUSLY SHADY LADY

I have been going here for several years. Have gotten a WIIU and a 3DS and several other items. I have been very satisfied with the products and the service I received. They are top notch, courteous and respectful. I do highly recommend them.
