It didn’t matter what time of day or night we contacted him; He was so patient and charismatic from the get-go and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. We started the pre-approval process with him in mid-January and closed on our house in the beginning of March! Marc exceeded our expectations and made home ownership a possibility for us. We refinanced our house with River City Mortgage. It was quick, easy and no pressure. The broker was able to find us an even lower rate than we expected using the VA. It was all on line until the final closing when the Title company sent someone to our house so never had to go anywhere.

It was pure chance that I got connected with River City Mortgage through a call, but I am incredibly grateful that it happened.
