Some aspects of banking are straight-forward and others are more challenging. I recently had one of the latter and River Bank really went above and beyond. They were friendly, educated me on the process, and were completely professional and thorough. We resolved this service-item to my complete satisfaction in record time. They were a top notch, super friendly and professional group as Keystone Bank and thankfully they haven't lost any of that after the merger with RB&T. I'm completely satisfied with my experience with all the different products and services I've had through them. I truly feel like the people there care about me as a customer and don't just look at me as a source of fees/income for them. Unfortunately the latter mindset has long since taken over the way the big banks look at their customers.
