Rita and team are amazing. I found her originally by doing a post to a Moore County Facebook page asking for best originator. Received approx 40 responses of which 30 were saying Rita. I went with her and so glad I did. I received quotes from four originators of which three were nearly identical while Rita came in with lower fee, lower rate and no points. I cannot praise Rita and her team enough. When there is a task at hand, they jump on top of it and get it completed as soon as possible. They were in a tough position due to the constraints my family was in when purchasing our first home. Everything had to be done remotely due to the 9 hour distance of driving and Covid-19. They also had to get all the paperwork done and ready for us to close in less than 4 weeks from the time constraints put on me by my employer during the relocation phase. Rita and her team came through with no hiccups. They were there at any moment's notice and during all hours of the day. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the area. It far exceeded my expectations during our first home purchase experience.
