So far 4 months with this company, and nothing has been done. Only received one letter from Trans Union Assuring me i could do What the company is doing myself. $800 dollars in and nothing has been done.

Kelly was a great help to us. Our mortgage broker recommended her to us. We retained Rising Point and over a period of 5 months our credit score rose more than 100 points. We did what they recommended, and also in that time paid off most of our debt. We have found them to be very responsive and knowledgeable. If You are looking for a gimmick, I am sure they will not make You happy. But if You are willing to do what they recommend, and be patient with the process, You can accomplish what You need. In the end, we were approved by our lender to purchase a $280k home at around 2.6% interest. They know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to the Rising Point Solutions team by my mortgage lender 4 months ago. I would like to say I am very pleased with the services provided by the Rising Point Solutions team. You guys Lizabeth and Lia were always there for me when I had any questions regarding stuff on my credit report. Your team worked diligently day and night and worked with the credit bureaus to get all the negative items deleted. We started with 31 negative items and are now down to 3 negative items in the span of 4 months (the last three items are supposed to fall off sometime this month and that would leave me to have 0 negative items on my file). Kudos to you and your team! My loan officer/lender just called me and gave the good news that I was pre-approved for the mortgage! I did not imagine getting approved for a mortgage loan this fast and it all comes down to the hard work your team did. I will continue monitoring my credit and hopefully keep it in good shape. I will be passing your company's name to my friends and family as you guys are incredible. I hired credit repair before and understand the business. You will get NO RESULTS and DO NOT HIRE. I paid $749... $250 per month and not seeing any results on disputes. I never received CB dispute letters but nothing ever arrived in the mail in 4 months. No Integrity.. and No details on what was being done on the account nor any weekly updates. The staff Allyson Howitz and Betsy Harner included a internal conversation in a email thread speaking negatively about a client as "high maintenance" and "hard to deal with" when it was a lack of communication on their part. see photos . I asked for Full Refund and refused to give me my money back.

I had hard core items that I needed removed and after 6 month with Rising Point only 1 was removed. 6 months @ $150 a month wasted. And...each month they collect the money earlier and earlier every month. I'll just do it myself.

I had cancelled my membership after realizing it was something we really couldn’t afford . I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get it since “letters” have been sent out to whoever, not sure who. Whatever that’s fine. Understandable. I look at my bank account to see that they took money out of my account again after I have already cancelled my membership last month and was ensured that I wouldn’t be charged again. I am now negative almost 200 in my account with four kids to take care of. I don’t recommend this company.

Rising Point Solutions is an awesome company. They will work with you in every way possible to help remove negative items from your credit report. It takes time to do it right. Everyone there is very caring and helpful and they want the best. Very professional and caring. A very good experience. They are very knowledgeable about credit repair and have been in business for over 18 years. When it comes to credit repair this company is the best of the best. The only way to go. Michelle Clark is amazing! I started using them to help my credit score for a home loan. When my husband saw that in just 2 months my scores increased significantly he signed up as well. Waste of money i would not waste your time. I paid for the 6 month service and had 1 thing removed off 1 credit report. I never received 1 letter from a credit company at all in the whole 6 months. I had 4 things removed myself that they are taking credit for luckily a realtor told me what to do myself. Please do your research before you get in same mess as me and lose $700 for no reason then still have to fix it myself. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
