This was an absolutely lovely business to have to close with on our first home. From the front end staff (Ana) to the manager (Alicia), enough things cannot be said to express our overall satisfaction. It was a pleasure doing business with Mrs. Alicia Hernandez, as she was professional, courteous, and well educated regarding the entire loan process and much, much more. In the closing process, she was quite thorough and patient, and I could feel her genuine care and concern for us - the clients. She went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure that every question we had was answered to our liking. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all of her hard work and hold no hesitation in recommending her to anyone, as she will make you feel like family. Terrible business. Incompetent, indifferent and no communication. I've dealt with numerous title companies for over 30 years. I rank this company in the top 5 of the worst of the worst. If your Realtor suggest this company for your transaction's title insurance, you might want to look for another Realtor.

There was a lack of communication throughout the process as document processing got delayed. A number of times we were told something had already been done when it reality it hadn't. Jennifer was nice, Alicia carried a patronizing tone. Truth and honesty always works better.

Been working with alicia for about 6years , never had an issue. I love that i can email alicia with a questions about anything and she always returns with good advise , i look up to them a lot !!! Highly recommended

My wife and I have personally done business with Alicia over the past 15 or so years and all of our buy/sale property transactions have always gone smoothly and in a timely manner. She represents this organization quite well with her business acumen and professionalism and we highly recommend her.

If there was a a negative 100 star rating, it would not even do this company justice. Alicia the lady I closed with, took a simple 10 day process, and turned it a 90 day nightmare...she repeatedly tried to sabotage the sale. For instance when the buyer was approved she repeatedly found non applicable problems like city encroachment, which was not applicable, I personally did this companies job at the buyer's expense and 3 months of unneeded stress. If you want the other 20 reasons, I will provide, but not wasting another minute of energy on this worthless company...oh by the way the buyer is thinking about suing for their money back....worst business I ever encountered. Literally took 93 days to complete a 10 day transaction. I hope no-one will ever have to go through the same hell.

Had a good experience. Sold 4 properties with 4 different companies. This is the only one that went smoothly in my experience because the had the best communication. Jennifer did an goid job keeping the lines of communication open. Good job.

Very poor communication. I'd recommend Sierra Title and San Jacinto Title.
