I received excellent customer service from the entire staff with the purchase of my new Honda Trail CT-125. I do want to grandstand my salesman James. He was pleasant, informative, and very professional. He addressed every question and concern ensuring I was guaranteed an excellent experience. Never once did he make me feel pressured to make this purchased. Bottom line, James made me feel as if I was the most important person in the building. I strongly recommend seeking out James when considering a purchase of new or used motorcycle.

Ridenow Peoria we would like to thank everyone for a great experience on purchasing our first ATV. I called in to inquire about your wide range selection and was ask if I can come in for a sit down. What I didn’t know is I was going to be leaving out with a Kayo 200cc. It happened just that quick!!! I had went to multiple locations already looking for a Polaris RZR. When I got to Ride Now Peoria I met a salesman name Sean. He was absolutely wonderful. He took me and showed me inventory that they had just received hours before that wasn’t even processed yet and we ended up making a deal on a 2022 Polaris RZR. The finance guy was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Ride Now Peoria.

Rich Madge and Alex Ricks helped us with showing our son a bike for size reference. (We had already committed to buying the bike elsewhere at a cheaper cost) When we walked in I wasn't ran over with sales men as you would normally get when walking into a place like this. Been here many times and have not had the best experiences. Alex and Rich changed my mind. They asked if they could match the price if that would make the deal happen with ridenow, Of course you want a "better" deal which came to my surprise they willingly gave without question. They gave us a GREAT deal (yes we shopped around for weeks prior to know what a "deal" in this world looks like" They had paperwork done, signed and had me on my way within 30 mins with FREE delivery as I drove a car there not expecting to buy a bike. I just purchased a 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 through RideNow Powersports in Peoria. It was a great experience from beginning to end. This was my first street bike purchase and am satisfied with the experience. Angel Parra was my salesman and was great, he answered all my questions, kept me updated through the process, and was friendly. Shawn Weese helped with the delivery of my new bike and answered all my questions and provided a thorough walkaround and explanation of things. Overall great experience!

Just got my first Indian motorcycle. Ian Martin was everything I wanted from a salesman. No pressure. Patient while helping us choose the right bikes. Attentive to what was important to us. If you are going to buy/finance a purchase do not do it here. Two times years apart they tried to scam us and sneak in charges, but were caught. They're nice and helpful and no pressure but they're sneaky and will get you on the money end without you even realizing it. In 2015 my husband and I came to purchase a motorcycle. Luckily we look over all paperwork because they added in a bunch of line items after we agreed on a price for the bike itself. We caught it and when they went to remove the items they still didn't change the tax amount and were still trying to charge tax for those items. When they were called out on their "math" they treated us horribly. They ended up making it right and figured maybe just that one guy messed up. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, our son went to go purchase a bike and they did the same thing to him. Again because of our previous experience, ever line was checked and they tried to pull the same thing with the taxes also. Including charging a huge fee for "checking over the bike" that was mandatory but wouldn't they do that already before selling a bike but just more ways to rip off customers. They are not trust worthy and will try to rip you off. If you do go there make sure you do your own math and check every line on every page, every step of the way because they will try to sneak in extra charges and just make your monthly payment higher even if you're getting the bike itself for a "good deal" I don't like shady places like this. It was one thing to happen once but twice years apart? How many others have been scammed and haven't noticed?

This is probably the best Ridenow I've been to. Had a great experience buying my new motorcycle here. Chance and Jerry and amazing to work with. They made the whole process super easy and stress free. I will defiantly come back in the future to buy more!

My husband and I went to look at several bikes. He decided on a bike and while we were perusing, Dillon came up to us and offered assistance. Vey polite. We wondered about some of the features and he went and got the keys so we could get answers to our questions. We were then referred to James for more questions and decided to move forward for the purchase. Again, very polite and no pressure. He answered all our questions. All options for financing and extra warranty was provided. GREAT experience!

Wish I could give zero stars. BUYER BEWARE. Can-Am is having a parts issue at the moment and this dealership is selling vehicles without all the components. I purchased a 570 ATV with DPS, got it home and come to find out the power steering unit is not in the vehicle. Dealership refuses to do anything about it. Will never purchase anything from any Ride Now again.

These guys almost killed me. I went to get tires mounted and balanced and got the tires back with 12 .5oz weights on the rear and 10 .5oz on the front. 6 ounces on the rear and 5 on the front when the service manual literally specifies you should never need more than 2.5oz of weight to get into balance. I didn’t notice until I reinstalled them to find the rear literally hopping off the ground at speeds over 50mph. They could have killed me. I took it to my buddies tire shop where he slapped it in the dynamic balancer and found it only needed .5oz up front and 1oz in the rear. The kicker is they refused to refund me saying they don’t refund service related fees, which is bull. Needless to say, I will never be taking anything there for service there nor will I spend any money there. I would rather wait 2 weeks for a part I need than give this place another single penny

OVERALL REVIEW (multiple visits) My experience here is mostly with Trent in the Service Dept. He is FANTASTIC, seriously I was more companies had employees like him..he’s not JUST and employee. Trent it down to earth with reality, has real-world experience and not just trying to make a buck off ya. He’s the friend you didn’t know you needed to get your vehicle taken care of, and the knowledge to make sure it’s done right. His experience and knowledge helped me find a tire setup that’s perfect for my style and needs, which seems to be complicated today ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ——————————————————————— Individual reviews as they come to me (I’ve been here often, 20k miles/year) (3/22)Called last minute w/ the steel cords showing on my 636 and they got me in WITH THE TIRE I WANTED. found out the wheel bearing is also gone and won’t be available for a week and didn’t charge for anything until it’s all here and ready to figure out. My husband and I went to Ride Now on16 1 Thunderbird Road to purchase a new side by side. Our salesperson was Jay. He was FANTASTIC!! There was a delay (almost 4 months) in getting us an additional part we requested. This was due to a supply chain issue, not Ride Now! Ride Now went above and beyond to make this "right" for us. Thank you Jay and everyone involved at Ride Now.

I made an appointment for a tire change at 2pm, showed up at 1:30. Then I waited 3.5 hours while they prioritized their sale vehicles over my safety issue "nail in tire" Staff was friendly and let me sleep on the couch, everything was solid except the "wait because your not buying a bike or side by side attitude.

I am very pleased with the Sales department at the Peoria store. I'm not so pleased with the parts and service departments. Overall, I have a very fine ride and enjoy it very much. My "Thank You" goes out to sales. Had a very rough road with parts and service.

We could have easily purchased our brand new 2021 Polaris RZR in n Tucson, but Nate earned this sale & I was committed to him. The sales manager, Dallas, was also very helpful in coordinating the street kit to be installed with a Tucson RideNow location. I definitely recommend the Peoria RideNow location to anyone looking for a Side by Side!

Poor Buying Experience.. I purchased a used low mileage motorcycle here back in June fully paid, I’m buying from out of state and after countless amount of back and forth texts/calls I finally received the Title as of writing this review. Avoid dealing with the salesman named Jose Plasencia, he is the most unreliable and dishonest person you’ll ever deal with. I was promised a riding Jacket to be sent along with the title around July for his poor actions, it was shipped the 3rd week of August and was told to watch out for it but still nothing received up until now(only the Title is what I have now). The guy stopped responding to me so I called the dealership and ask for the department that handles the title, found out my title was just sitting there since July, WOW! what an irresponsible people. If I didn’t ask for that nothing will happen, I even talk to their manager and that didn’t help either. Don’t ever buy here if you’re not local as they don’t know what they’re doing with out of state sale! 4 months of stress and hassle with this dealership. Never again! They don’t deserve not even 1 star from me. Not to mention the delivery of my Motorcycle, it took them a month to ship the bike when promised it’s only going to take a week.

Recently had some service completed on my Yamaha yxz1000r at Ride Now Peoria. Despite others experiences, I received very professional service in a timely manner. I worked directly with Jarrett in service and cant explain the level of customer appreciation that he expressed. Also had the chance to meet with Adam (the new service manager) and am blown away how he went above and beyond to insure my experience was excellent. Ride Now Peoria has my Business for many years to come purely on the experience and professionalism that I had with these two gentleman.

I had a great experience in buying my 2021 Indian Challenger from Mike and Ivan they both worked on my deal because I came in the store at the end of Ivan’s shift. I was treated like I was their only customer they were patient and very willing to answer all my questions. Steve was awesome, as well JR one of their service techs was even willing to come out and explain the more technical questions I had. The parts manager sorry I forgot his name was even part of my fantastic experience. I’m the fourth member of my club who has bought a bike from RideNow Peoria and I won't be the last. This is my 2nd purchase with the Ride Now family (Surprise) Very happy with my customer experience this past Sunday, June 30th at the Peoria location. Went in to purchase a bike they had listed on the website which I called to verify it was there, guy on the phone said it was. Drive there, bikes not there.. been sold for days I was then told so that was a bust, regardless found the same bike elsewhere and bought it. Months later, find another bike they supposedly have in stock but to get someone one the phone is impossible. They tell you they have to "do a write up" to even tell you the price. Won't give out the door prices till you sit down to do paperwork essentially. They tell you how much you have to put down before they even run credit, it's all lies. Save your money people, go elsewhere

What a great place! I've been looking for a new bike for quite awhile now. Stopped in here a couple times to look. All the guys and girls here were quite helpful and personable. I worked with Cory when I purchased my 2018 Indian Scout Bobber. It was a great experience. I had to wait for the motorcycle to arrive. During that time Cory kept me up to date on how things were going and the location of the motorcycle as it was being shipped. Once the motorcycle arrived I've had the service department do some upgrades/modifications to the motorcycle and it was a very good experience as well as my experience with the apparel department when I've bought some gear and cool stuff. The entire staff has been great to work with! Holy smokes is this bike fun to ride!!! I rode it out to San Diego and had a blast. My husband first visited this location about a month ago and started working with Meeks. He was knowledgeable in small displacement bike and answered all the goofy questions he had witch made for a great experience to check out his first street bike Meeks worked with him and was very patient and not pushy at all. When my husband Tyler finally went in to get the bike he was also getting a new helmet and was helped by Mayonnaise who was also very helpful and knowledgeable in her department. We got a good deal on the bike which is a YZF-R3 and he is extremely happy with the bike. We would definitely recommend this location.

I test rode a Vulcan S 650 first, which is a very nice, easy, comfortable ride. I ended up purchasing the Vulcan 900 Custom. It's a very comfortable cruiser also, with a solid feel and plenty of power. It put a smile back on my face. This was my early Christmas (very early). Thumbs up!

I bought a 400 ninja from Jay he was amazing. He was honest and open about his own thought safety was key and being happy with the bike. The finance department and management though was another story. They would take forever and goofed around and try to sneak packages at you after saying no packages or bring everything up front before a final price it quickly added up. They made it seem like they didn’t want to take the sale they were so slow and difficult. If it weren’t for jay their salesman I doubt they’d be in business.

This is my closest Indian store and I wish that I liked it better. Yes, the salesman is friendly - but he is also not that helpful. I have been ordering a lot online and picking up in this store and he has never told me they match the online Indian deals in the store (a new guy just told me). Also, since I have bought my 2nd bike now (in just 2 years) and also got my husband to buy one - you would think he would have let me know about the referral program and the Loyalty program - but he did not. SO, there is money I could have got (and spent there ) that was lost. Lastly, I have been buying a ton of accessories for my new bike and they had a discount if I filled in a small coupon for Indian corporate and the salesman never let me know this - which after all I bought would have saved me a couple of hundred dollars in the end

I just bought my 2022 Suzuki GSXR 750 there at Peoria ride now yesterday and the service was great and my Salesman Nate did a good job of answering any questions I had and, when I let him know what I was looking for even though it wasn’t in the store; he had it ordered and delivered and the service and total experience was amazing. Five stars and I’d recommend any body going to that shop look him up he’ll do right by you.

Just bought my first brand new bike from these guys. Worked with Ian Martin and Steve both guys were great to work with. Had some issues getting the bike from the plant in Iowa to the dealership but they kept me informed on what was going on regularly. Cut me a great deal on the bike good price on trade in and I had no issues with them at all. Best experience ive ever had buying a vehicle. And the bike is Sick!

My husband and I went to look at a see doo in December and where told we had to order the new one we wanted and it would be here in March. To our surprise it came end of January. We where super excited. From the very beginning of our sale to the end was amazing. We worked with Miles and Martin in the sales Department who kept in touch with me almost everyday until our sale was complete. Martin still gives us a text to see how its going. When we did our walk around Sean was patient with my husband who always has tones of questions, lol. So this was by far the best experience I've had with just purchasing a motorcycle. From the time I walked in the salesman, the loan department, service department, sales.. are all top notch. The motor Cycle I purchased had a failure the same day I road it home. This is where ridenow separates them selves customer service wise from other motorcycle stores. They came and got the motorcycle from my house, put a new rear tire on it, replaced the failed component, detailed it and gave me a discount on the riding gear In there shop. Ridenow puts customer satisfaction first and foremost. I really appreciate the way they constantly updated me on the status of my bike. I wish I had thumbs on my big toes so I could give all that work there 4 thumbs up.

We frequently buy parts from Jon, Freddy and Gentry in their parts department for all our toys. The parts team is knowledgeable and normally have the parts we need in stock. This is the best place in the valley to get parts for your ride or even buy a new one!

Service Advisor Trent continues to be an excellent representative and valuable asset to RNA. At times, I can be a picky high maintenance customer when ordered parts sent by the supplier are not the correct parts ordered. Or ordered/installed parts don't function the way I perceive they should work. Trent, using his personal riding and maintenance experience, explains everything, offers options to achieve a desired outcome, and overall provides a great customer service experience. This review is a revision as ridenow resolved my problems. I originally took my side by side into their service department after rolling it. Long story short I had to drive down to Phoenix, from flagstaff four times that I shouldn’t have had to do and ended up with a machine that was undrivable due to noises it made. After writing the review Adam, the service manager called and sent someone to the next day to pick up the machine. Within a week a couple of repairs were made and the machine is back to being fun and quiet. I couldn’t get to give stars as this shouldn’t have taken 14 months and three since I received over the first period of time was poor but Adam’s service alone was worth five stars for sure.

Mike was absolutely incredible! They fit all my needs and wants, worked with my budget and I'm riding a slick Indian scout dream bike! I could not have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I stopped into RideNow Peoria on a Saturday afternoon looking to buy a couple new toys. After browsing for about 15 minutes, we were greeted by a nice sales guy named Darren. I told him I did not see what I wanted, a 2021 YZF250F. He checked inventory and found one still in a crate in the back. I was trying to decide what to get for the wife and I saw the SSR170 pit bike and thought it would be a good bike for her to learn with. We met the Floor manager Cory who was also very nice and knowledgeable. We made a deal below MSRP that I was happy with and boom. Two new toys. I would have given 5 stars but we had to wait about 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal because it was a busy weekend for them. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

wish I could leave zero stars, walked in here with my wife last Tuesday to see about purchasing a 4 door side by side, I had a 30,000 dollar CASH budget which I figured was more then enough to get something I wanted. online showed a few models in my price range that looked good, after inquiring about them i was told they didn't have them, ok i asked if they could look at the inventory of the other stores "no because those are probably all reserved." I have never had such an issue trying to give a business money, drove over to Nash Powersports and drove away 12,000 dollars under my budget with an awesome side by side. Take my advice dont waste a dollar of your money here they dont care about customer service at all

Kept trying to get an out the door price on a bike and couldn't get anyone to call back and all they kept saying when they did answer was to come and put a deposit down to hold the bike and fill out paperwork which I wasn't going to do without knowing the price. Finally got a price and was over $2400 in "fees". How is there 2400 in fees on a bike that is 3,399 MSRP, that's over 70% the cost of the bike. Company just out here ripping people off.

I will give RideNow Powersports in Peoria a solid 4 stars due to the customer service and the sense of urgency of Kevin. I purchased the 2017 SSR Motorsports Buccaneer Cafe aka the "2017 Ningbo Longijia Srt. " I was conflicted with the decision of purchasing a truck or motorcycle. However, James Hallquist of Jones Ford Buckeye made that decision for me by saying " O! No you can't have that truck because you credit has to be really good,lol." Worst salesman ever! He never asked me why I was so persistent on purchasing that vehicle. Because I already knew my credit score and he didn't know that i just purchase some land so i was going to use the truck to haul my things to the site. I would have paid $3000 down due to necessity. Might, I add, that have 3 1/2 yrs of retail experiences as a sales leader, 2 yrs of aggressive new card member and reissue sales at Discover Card, 3 yrs of Customer Service & Sales experience at Bank of Americas 's corporate call center while assisting as an OJT coach (On the job training), and 2 1/2 year as a n inbound sales specialist for Cable One. So, It's safe to sale that I know very good customer service and when I am being sold. Kevin worked with my busy schedule and never told me "NO' but instead he always said "let me look into that for you." He stayed in contact with his financial department so much that his boss and staff knew my name,lol. At "No point" did i ever feel like I was being sold or rushed. Kevin was very down to earth, honest and I even saw him get nervous when the insurance company said that the name of bike was chinese, however he did explain the history of that company that i would research later. I have had a chinese motorcycle in the past but this bike is made very well. It has a fuel injected system so I don't have to adjust a carburetor, it has a common V-Twin engine and not an uncommon bottom mount engine like I had before, the wires were properly heat shrinked and very thick in gauge. The store was very clean and organized. Kevin gave me a tour of the place and showed me some of their inventory. The best part, is that Kevin, was able to secure me a great interest rate and very low payments. I am very satisfied. However, keep in mind that when you purchase from them that there is a Doc Fee or $499, Sales tax$249,Waste Tire fee $2.00, Gov. Title Fee$ 81.93, Sales Tax, and the big one that will influence the Cost is Freight & and Handling $1000.00+-(depending on cost of item). If the freight cost had been disclosed upfront then I would have give $5 stars.

The sales and finance department seem like they don't want to sell you a bike. I called on Monday wanted to trade my paid off 2021 z125 in an upgrade to a Yamaha r3 and could never get anyone to call me back even after I submitted a finance application and spoke to a finance manager. It's been three and a half hours now and have not heard from anyone at ride now. At this point I would not recommend them for making your purchase they don't seem very interested in you as a customer.

Two stars cause we liked the salesman. Otherwise if you want to spend $8000 on a brand new $4100 300cc bike cause of all the hidden fees and taxes,, They're waiting for ya!.. we walked, that's outrageous! We we're warned about this place, should of listened.. Stay away!

This is a great store with an awesome staff. So much selection, but I selected a KLR650 because it's a great bike and Ride Now offered an amazing price. Emerson and Mike are very informative and had an extensive knowledge of various types of bikes and riding styles. Justin was also very helpful and made a deal I couldn't turn down. They were all instrumental in helping me make my decision. And by the way, experience and deals were so good; we bought 3 bikes within 3 weeks of each other.

I wanted to finance to establish my son some credit. Found the perfect 1st bike, all of the sudden the price doubled. When I questioned the price, I was told it was all the "extras" and still couldn't explain all the charges. Buyer's beware of the creative accounting practices at this location.

Walked in first thing in the morning needing two trailers for a couple of our work boats in our workfleet out the door 2 hours later with two fully equipped perfect trailers thank you James and RideNow Power sports.

Went in with my fiance and applied for a loan a few weeks ago to buy a Kawasaki dirt bike. Told them we wanted it in both our names or nothing at all as we were trying to work on his credit. The manager came back and said I was approved but he wasn't. The bike we wanted was $4400 and after fees they wanted $7200! We told them no as their markup was ridiculous. Also we were told it came with free batteries for life and when looking at the breakdown there was a $500 charge for battery coverage. Clearly it was not free batteries for life. In total, they ran my credit 4 times when they only had permission to donut once. After 2 weeks, they ran my credit again with 2 different financial companies without my permission. I will be reporting them to the credit and better business bureau.

Mounted and balanced a new tire and replaced 2 valve stems in about 2 hours and cost a little more than half of what another shop charged me the last time. Thank you Justin.

Ok very long story but I will make it short bought a 2020 Honda Fury and had some issues with the bike and had the repairs made where I purchased the bike got it back 4 times with damage that was done to the bike and it was a 90 mile round trip so I put 400 Mike’s on this bike just back and forth Then I found out about this RideNow in Peoria my first contact was with Cole in the service Department over the phone and I brought the bike down for him to help with my issues that I was having Cole and his technician address each problem one at a time I had a handlebar shake the gauge cluster would rattled over the sound of the bike and the fork tree was damage from the last shop and a scratch gas tank and the forks were uneven the service and the Communication was just great every time they took the bike for a ride to make sure that the repairs were done right when Cole called to say that bike was done it was done and done right found the bike clean no greasy finger prints just as clean as I dropped it off when I took the bike out after the repairs the bike was better than the day I picked it up you can tell the craftsmanship and pride was taken on all the repairs I cant thank them enough for the work of the tech and Cole just a great experience from the first time until I pick the bike up Thank you RideNow Peoria

If you are looking for a great place to buy a motorcycle or side by side visit these folks! I bought a Honda Pioneer 700 and could not be happier with it. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed and required follow-through. Desmond was a great sales rep. and kept on the fixes. I think he went to the service department but I am sure he is just as good at service. Pete helped me with financing and was true to his word about getting it right for me. Phillip in parts was great and helped me get some aftermarket parts (windshield and roof). I appreciate the folks here at Ride Now and how they treated me - and seemed to value me - as a customer.
