Everytime I have a request , I always have to wait. There's always an excuse from Randy Cooper. Nobody ever answers the phone. The female cashier there is very professional but she can't do everything!

I hate this bank so much they never answer the phone then the phone hang straight up when you call in order to put money on my card have to go all the way to Southside then the bank card that I have won’t let me check my Blance I have to call the bank

This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The month of April I had to do a skip a payment because I lost most of all my hours at work . The next payment want due until 05/18/2020 and the money never came out of my account . Today is 05/26/2020 and I had been calling Mr.Cooper since 7a.m, and the bank since 9am to discuss this issue . No one answered and I wasn’t aware the bank didn’t open until 12:30p.m. so once it hit 12:35p.m. I was calling back to back and no one answered . I had to drive 35 minutes from my house to the bank where all the staff were present but no one had turned the phones back on . I spoke with Ann and another lady about the issue and Ann fixed it but all of this could have been resolved if the person (Mr.Cooper) would have just went back into the system and turned the automatic payments back on . This company is very unprofessional, inconsistent, and irresponsible. I won’t be referring absolutely no-one else to this unprofessional organization.

THE WORST BANK EVER! I FIND IT HORRIBLE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN CREDIT SCORE TO GET A LOAN I WOULDNT RECCOMEND NO ONE TO THIS BANK

My card expired and I had to activate the new one sent. Tried card services and was told to contact member service which I did and the Lady I spoke with directed me on how to go about it which I did and was told it will be ready to use in 3hrs. After 3hrs tried paying stuff online and was told card details are invalid called again and spoke to Joseph who was new and passed me to the lady I spoke with earlier in the day. She left me on the phone holding on and clocked out without resolving the issue and no courtesy to say I can't fix it and I need to go home since it's 4.40pm call tomorrow.

I have had this account for several years and have had excellent experiences and service. I was referred to the bank by an Administrator and former Asst. Superintendent of Schools who shared how Heritage helped them when they first started as an educator, & opened up financial opportunities to them. I have had the same business experience & would recommend to any educator or their family member. They are loan friendly - not fee heavy - which I like, and always open to my needs.

Just recently joined the RHFCU; and, I am so overjoyed that I did. The C.E.O. was very hands-on, welcoming and friendly. His staff goes hard at making every member feel as though customer service is their job number one. This is truly a 'Black Excellence' financial experience here in the RVA.

Wonderful small credit union. Tellers know me by name and the manager is so friendly and accessible.

This place was a great place to do business with, at one time.
