The whole mortgage process with Crossroads Financial Mortgage Inc. was hassle free and efficient. Our loan officer Richard Bolt, was able to explain everything and ensure that all of our questions were answered along the way. Richard was available by phone through calls ant text messages as well as emails any time we needed him...even on Sunday evenings. We got a great rate and the costs were all in line with the expectations laid out on day one. Would not hesitate to do business with them again. If I could give Rich a 10 star review I would. He has probably been the only good thing in this entire process of buying/selling a home in this crazy market.
