If you are thinking of buying or selling property in and around Ocean City, Maryland or the Delaware coast, we highly recommend Rich Price. We met Rich as we put our Ocean City condo on the market “for sale by owner” in the fall of last year. He was the only realtor that kept in touch with us after we took our condo off the market. So, when we decided to list with an agent in early March 2021, he was the first one we thought of. We signed our contract on a Wednesday, had 2 offers by the weekend, but were not full price. By the following Saturday, we had multiple full offers to choose from. Rich did the research to help us decide which was the best to accept.
