The period of time between our purchase offer being accepted and closing was the fastest we've experienced in five prior home purchases. Emily Green was on top of every detail and guided us every step of the way to make that happen. She worked quickly from the first day we met her. She was able to get us preapproved in order to make the purchase offer the very same day we first saw the property. Once the seller accepted our offer, Emily went into action. She was diligent and thorough, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, kept us informed and kept things moving along. She helped us get to closing in just 33 days. My husband , Steve and I would like to acknowledge the outstanding and impressive service we received from Jacob Jensen, an employee at Revolution Mortgage. We had been looking for some time for a home in the Myrtle Beach area as Steve is retiring and we are moving from Maryland to there . It being a sellers market one knows how difficult that is. We finally found the perfect home we wanted in the perfect area. We went to our local bank to start the process of getting a home loan. We were told it would be a quick process as we had more funds in the bank than we were requesting. Told it wouldn’t take long and we would get a call. Waited 2 weeks and no call. We went to our bank and Bank Manager called the loan department and she was told it would be ready soon. We waited another week and a half . Loan department was called again and gentleman handling our loan had dropped the ball . At this time we were close to the closing date . Steve contacted our realtor who in turn contacted Jacob Jensen at Revolution. Jacob kept in daily contact with Steve, even if it was only to say everything was going as planned . Jacob had our loan approved in less than a week and we were able to settle on our home before the contract expired. . Jacob even came to our closing and was the first to shake our hands and congratulate us on our new home. Jacob Jensen is truly a valuable asset to Revolution Mortgage. We have not received such excellent and outstanding customer service in some time.

My wife and I bought our first home in Myrtle Beach as we welcomed a second child into our lives. For our small family, 1200 square feet was plenty. Without us really realizing it, our modest family grew to 4 kids and 2 adults. The square footage, however, stayed the same while the kids grew larger. We were running out of room, and I was worried. I didn't think we qualified for anything larger than what we had. Around then, Emily Green went to lunch with my wife. They talked, ran some numbers, and quickly discovered we could get into something much more suitable fairly easily. Today we are enjoying a lot more space, and every day we wake up thankful. Robert Ferraro was fantastic! I just bought my first home and was full of stress and anxiety and Robert took the time to explain everything to me. If I ever need a mortgage again, they will definitely be the ones I go to for help. Ike also helped me when Robert was away on vacation. He was there whenever I had any questions or concerns. Jacob Jensen was a great help in refinancing my mortgage!
