Sorry, didn't know I could add words too. It's been 3 years since we selected David. We checked out 2 competitors also. One was a friend. The other was a nationally known company with a well known actor. (That company just settled a federal lawsuit for misleading advertising.) David came to our house and had all the answers. When it came time to sign he explained all the documents. (and there are a lot, but no more than signing a regular mortgage.) He made sure we had our copies and even put in a small change we requested. Since then he touches base every now and then to see how we're doing. We've taken out 2 withdrawals for wonderful home improvements and he answered questions on those. This is not a paid endorsement. He was a total stranger, not a relative. He's just excellent at what he does.
