Well lets start off by saying that they are nice people and very polite. However, as far as service and value the money I put towards this was not worth it. Within the first few week I saw my score drop by 20 point. I called and spoke with Gale and she told me she didn't see why my score drop. However I continue on with rescore and there smart credit  subscription. I was told by Gale that I should receive a letter from the bureaus following disputes. However, after some prolonged time. No letters where received. I informed Gale and she told me that she will resend disputes via certified  letter.  No word form Gale or rescore since then. Also, no letter from the bureaus. I feel as if I were scammed or information was misrepresented.

Gayle is very knowledgeable and really cares about the people she is trying to assist and she was able to help us get our credit in line to assist us with purchasing a house.

This is a wonderful company. They go above and beyond to help you and are in it for the long haul even after they finish. I would definitely would recommend using them
