My experience with Tracy Chairez was phenomenal! This was my very first home that I have purchased,and Tracy help make the process smooth! She took lead and prepared me for what to do, and what to expect! She was very courteous every single time we spoke! Most of all she cares about your opinion on making a major purchase! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to becoming a first time homeowner, or a existing homeowner looking to purchase another home!

Kristi made sure that she was with us every step of the way during our home buying process. She worked with us to make sure the numbers made sense for us and we couldn’t have bought our house without her help. She was so helpful and we really felt like it was also her goal to make sure we were successful in getting the house we wanted. I highly recommend Kristi if you’re wanting to buy a home.

We were first time home owners and did not have much experience in buying a house. Kevin took the time to explain all of the financial aspects to us in a way we could easily understand the process. We are school teachers and he was able to guide us through the process of getting a loan that meets our financial needs. We also were just coming out of chapter 13 and that in itself is a difficult process. He was so patient and fought diligently for us to get our house. We cannot say enough good things about Kevin!

Kristi Black was my loan officer. A consummate professional she was extremely knowledgeable, looked out for my interests, was very communicative, and made the entire process painless. I would highly recommend her and would definitely avail myself of her services should I need another mortgage.

Tom was quick to follow up to our initial email with a call right away. He provided general overview of our options, and was honest w pros and cons of each. He provided timely info and updates as needed. He provided valuable insights and explained without 'over-explaining' the concepts, process, etc. 2nd time we've worked with Tom and don't see ourselves needing to look for anyone else anytime soon!

Charles is great and has a lot of experience in this industry. His contacts and confidence had helped us through this process, though there were a few hiccups on the initial closing date due to some software issue at the company. Kristi Black in Austin was incredibly professional, responsive and savvy. She got us an excellent mortgage rate and was completely responsive and on top of all the small details throughout the mortgage application process. Not to mention when our title agent's email was hacked and we were sent a very convincing fraudulent email asking us to wire funds for the closing, Kristi immediately realized it was not legit and told us to not respond, likely saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars. 100% recommend!

The team at Republic State Mortgage Co is amazing. They had several 'small detail' and 'fine touch' moments that amazed me. Marc and Julie were fantastic and held my hand (figuratively) through the entire process. I got a great rate and closed on time. I was never in the dark hoping that I had done what I needed to in regards to signing paperwork or collecting documentation. The team over there also had a great network of services to work with when making recommendations and they worked very well with my realtor. Top notch team. I felt like I was royalty throughout.

Crystal and the rest of the her team WANT you in the house you're trying to buy, they won't ghost you, or just give up. I'd recommend them over the USAA' Navy Fed types who just seem to not have the time to go the extra steps if needed. I'd give eleven stars if I could!

He also thoroughly explained everything. When a problem came up and he was out of the office on a family vacation, he still took the time to come up with a solution. I felt really bad to bother him, but he was very nice about it. As a first time homebuyer, he was so helpful. He will be my loan officer for my future purchases.

A huge life decision as buying a home, especially for the first time, can be overwhelming but this team will put your worries at ease. Very informative and knowledgeable, they walk you through out the process flawlessly. The online portal is great tool for submitting documents when needed.
