This is the first company I have personally worked with and I am genuinely, beyond impressed! As someone currently working in customer service I have NEVER received anything short of loving and flexible. Yes...loving. I was going through some hard times and let the car note get far enough behind that I was facing repossession, with an email stating I needed to pay my balance in full immediately. I swallowed my pride and gave them a call to see what my options were and they were more than willing to not only work with me but asked if the payment was still affordable and offered an extension further out than what I requested. I have watched family and friends work with bigger loan companies and not receive even close to the same grace as I was given. Not only am I thankful for this as a single parent, but I will continue to do business with them as long as they're around. You guys are amazing! Thank you a million times over!

I have never been more satisfied with a lender in any of my experience. These guys are awesome to work with! Friendly, very understanding and they allow you to communicate through messaging rather than phone calls which for me is a big deal! I look forward to continuing business and letting others know about a great company as well!

High Interest, but my credit sucked at the time. Pay your bill, and you have no issues. Easy to pay.

I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews on here for Reliable credit. I can only speak for my own experience, which to say the least is completely opposite from a majority of the reviews on here. The pandemic affected myself/family just as much as any other family. I came down with Covid and so did my daughter. There were also other medical issues other than covid that our family was already facing. Reliable credit was probably more understanding and willing to work with us then any other company out there. Our daughter has chronic Pancreatitis, shes 10 years old. We had her in Primary childrens twice for over a week stay and once in EIRMC for a week as well. Medical bills racked up fast, we couldn't keep up, Reliable credit worked with us in that situation. They even took way less for monthly payments then what our contract required. Yes, they can be stern at first, but you have to be honest with them. They are people just like all of us and they have a job to do. We kept in communication with them and kept them informed. At one point we were several months behind, they still worked with us. Unfortunately due to the Pandemic and medical issues in our family we had to file Bankruptcy and because I don't make what I used to I have to let my truck go. Reliable credit has been compassionate and understanding through it all. My point is I was was disheartened to see all the negative reviews after I had a good experience with them, even though I am losing my truck, (BY MY CHOICE), I would still recomend them to anyone I know. Be honest with them, and make an effort to pay something on your vehicle, even $25.00, just as long as you are showing them that you are trying, they will work with you. Due to the pandemic, so many people have been affected, lost jobs, lost good health, are losing your cars. If your in this situation and Reliable Credit is your lender, talk to them. Level with them just like you would any other person. They will help if they can.

We received a car loan from them for our Dodge Charger. We were NEVER late...in fact always early!! Only 2 months away from paying off our car loan, we fell on hard times and were 6 days late. Keep in mind we communicated with Reliable Credit and explained to them that we would be able to take care of it in 2 days. They refused to work with us and STOLE our car from our driveway!! I had just paid over $1,000.00 in car maintenance as well! The staff was rude and unsympathetic and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

They are always professional and they treat you like family. Being a good client to them has paid off thousands of odd high interest accounts. They are my go to for any extra money needed quickly.

2 years ago my husband started having health issues that ended up with him being physically laid up and at that time we were financing through reliable credit. I don't know how they are now but at that time I ended up being the only one working. I went in with the truck to get help I let them know I was the only one working and could not afford 350 dollars payments at that time and would they be willing to work with me. They didn't even discuss any plans or options, they wouldn't even budge and just said "sorry no we can't do that." So then I had no option but to turn in our keys. Now here we are with a bad credit report and they won't even work with me on that. I had to get government assistance and work 3 jobs just to try and make ends meet. I am very disappointed they wouldn't work with us.

I've done business with Reliable since 2017 on 2 Different vehicles. My family and I have hit rough patches over the years like anyone else, and Reliable was always willing to work with us. And when the dumpster fire that was 2020 hit, and my wife lost her job, and my hours got cut, and I was off work for a while due to injury, they bent over backwards to accommodate the situation even if it meant splitting a payment or having to skip one. Thing is that tends to be forgotten, is that matter how upset we are by our current situation acting like arse with the person you're calling for help, usually doesn't end well. We all have a job to do even Reliable Credit, for most of us that job is being decent human beings and treating the person on the other end with a modicum of respect.

Was late on a payment once and they repo the car they make working with them extremely hard. Whenever you ask to speak to someone they transfer you to John Harper and he is the rudest Most unsympathetic person I have ever spoke to over the phone. This company will do everything in their power to rip you off and keep your money. I had payed 900 Mind you this is during the pandemic when I had lost my job and they did not care or were willing to work with me when Iccu gave us 4 months of no payments because they knew The pandemic was affecting all of us.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have not had any problems with Reliable. They have been professional and courteous from the beginning. If I have had a problem I let them know in advance or even withing a few days of the circumstances. They've always worked with us.
