WOW! Lot of negative reviews. Well, I've been here since the beginning when Louisiana Bank was in West Monroe in 1983. It went through many name-changes until it's Regions Bank. I know this bank, specifically the University Bank. It's close to my home, the tellers are polite and friendly, and the supervisors (Helen etc.) are very helpful. I'm sorry y'all have had some negative experiences. One of the reasons I don't pull up in the commercial lane is because I'm not commercial. I bet more than 1 car was someone like me who just had 2 items to manage. For the tellers: clap your hands because you are not the problem!

Waited in line for 45 mins...get to the window and she said they could only do 3 deposits. Im in the commercial lane for a business account and they were closed yesterday for Martin Luther King day, of course I have an extra deposit. This bad business. Smh

Employees are very rude and aggressive. They seem unable to cash checks written on their own accounts, and charge $20 to even attempt to do so. Not worth your time.

Waited in the commercial line for a hour only to be told they can only take half of my deposits because there is a long line. Lady just didnt want to do her job. Worst bank ever. Going to take my business elsewhere

Helen Is The Most Laziest Bank Manager They’ll Ever Have, Act Like She’s concerned knowing she’s not even doing her job. Very unorganized bank, they need to switch out the management.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. the tellers don’t care what so ever you have important going on. The lady actually said that. I get hacked with my regions debit card AT LEAST every two months and they haven’t done anything about it. I’m leaving regions and never coming back.. It’s the MONROE BRANCH on 165 for me !!! They don’t want to work on Saturday mornings as they’re suppose to. I hate it. I hate it , I hate it !!!!!!! There was a lady at the window very very very rude !!!! I will never come back . The employees are BEYOND rude ! They’re just there to do a job and not to help. BIG DIFFERENCE !

They are hurting for tellers. The drive thru line does not move and you get stuck between cars waiting for an extremely long time.

Horrible, sat for a hour to be told to come back the next morning.... show up and the branch manger has already lost the keys, now I’m late to work along with 3 other people. Switch banks
