Regions Bank Old Shell Rd, Mobile

Been to this branch twice to do a simple wire transfer. First time, one employee out of six was capable. Second time, they were not busy, I sat for 15 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Apparently, they still have one employee capable of an easy to process transfer. I've never had that experience in a Regions Bank, from Ocean Springs, Ms. to Thomasville, Al. and anywhere in between

Pine brook Branch of Regions is my Full service bank. They are friendly, helpful and I even have my safety boxes there. They are exceptional in all areas!

This branch advertis western union services but every time I go to use the service they say western union is down But I contacted western union my self and they tell me it is not down If this location is not going to provide the western union services they should not advertis they do very very inconvenient I stopped going here even though it is closet for me because of no one who ccan do western union at this branch.

Worst bank with zero customer service and work ethic!!! They think they are protecting themselves and their employee may be but don't realize how incompetent their whole staff is, if a cashier cannot understand or help a customer why are they hired. This happened at the this branch teice, extremely rude and racist behavior. If you guys cannot handle business accounts than don't open than or otherwise train your tellers well. I will pull out my business account very soon!

Went in with a minor glitch in my online banking and was seen immediately. It was a problem the person who helped me had never seen before but she quickly figured it out and got it resolved. Everything was fixed in short order. Definitely a pleasant and efficient experience.

I'm always treated well and with respect. The cashiers always smile too. Never had a problem.
