    They used to have a great group of employees. Now it’s extremely slow. I sit at the drive through for 10-15 mins each time I go. Seems they only have 1 bank teller at the window and half the time they mess something up

    I went on Tuesday to resolve an issue with a business account, but the lady at customer service didn’t want to help me at all. She asked for documents that were not necessary. Proof of that is that I went to the the other location on Mars Hill and they were amazing!

    Perfect little small town bank. They know my name here and say hey Shad Man when I walk in haha. There's only a few parking spots but it's usually not that busy. Always friendly and easy to deal with. External ATM and drive thru banking.

    Took forever only had 2 tellers on a Saturday and and one customer service banker that spent and hour explaining how bank accounts work to morons

    My mother recently passed away and I went into this Regions to close the account - stack of legal documents in hand and heart already aching because of the reason I have to go. The Financial Consultant was very rude and dismissive about my situation stating I needed another form to close it. I called the corporate office to find out their protocol and even their corporate office said that "Normally, that's all you need.... however, all branches are allowed to use their own discretion" when it comes to what to ask. Essentially what she's asking for is an extra unnecessary document. And from the additional comments below, they must be dealing with the same person because even the corporate person said "just try another branch."

    The worst customer service from some of the employees. There is a few who dont have attitudes but only a few. They put a hold on my daughter's check she received from working another job then tried to tell her they couldnt remove it. Completely change of tone when they realized my daughter was on speaker and I was listening. I asked questions my daughter didnt know to ask ( her first account) and the women on other end stubbled over her answers after giving my daughter the run around all day. The one in Cartersville is 100% better. We have 2 business accounts with this branch and Im looking to remove both.
