Regions Bank Taylor St, Corinth

I also had a bad experience with Stephanie Ozbirn. She seems like a very miserable, unhappy lady. Stated she had been with Regions for 17 years- I’m not sure how! She is hateful! Regions: hold your employees accountable

the customer service is absolute trash. i had a problem with my account and just wanted answers. i was very respectful until Stephanie Ozbirn of corinth, ms came into the office talking to me like i was trash and ignorant. completely rude and unprofessional. will be closing my account with the Corinth branch as soon as possible.

I don't have a problem using this bank, it's ok just need to get the parking lot fix

Outside is nice. Drive thru ATM was well kept. Would have liked to seen the inside. Maybe next time if I'm ever up this way.

Terrible experience. I wanted to try and get a check approved, but instead of just telling me no, they extended the hold for a month and said I should just go get a personal loan until the funds cleared. Darla Taylor was very unprofessional and rude and Stephanie Ozbirn was extremely rude. I will be closing my account asap.

I've had account with Regions since 2015. I went to bank to cash a personal check and went thru drive thru and this lady, don't know her name, was at window. I pulled up gave her the check and my ID and she asked me if I had an account with Regions, I said yes, 3 accounts which one do you want? I started reading her my account number she mutes me starts talking to the person in the lane beside me. How rude could she have been? Then after about 3 minutes she comes back to me says could you repeat that? I don't know about anyone else but I was raised better than that, she should have listened when I was reading it off to her. I asked her name but she never gave it to me. If you use Regions avoid the middle aged lady with blonde hair that works the drive thru at this location. She should treat customers better than that. Too much competition to be treated like this from your own bank.
