Regions Bank Reviews

All the bad stuff you hear about banks: hidden fees, overdraft protection actually giving you overdraft fees, poor customer service (when you can get to them thanks to their convoluted system). This bank was the only one available in my town as a kid and i stayed with them for over 20 years because i would just tolerate their BS each time and i was young and naive. It was just too much of a hassle to change all the autopayment and other things i pay with this account. No more customer abuse. I've had enough. Avoid this bank at all costs.

They let a $900 dollar check go through my account when the check was post dated for a later date and they knew that the funds wasn't there. However they proceeded anyway and then charged me for overdraft fees and nsf check on top of they to make me pay for they're mistake they took all the money I had on my regions prepaid cards and my savings account and would not pat me back. This bank is the worst bank to deal with. These are thieves!!!!!

I absolutely hate your phone system. I just want to talk to my branch on bluebonnet in Baton Rouge and all you have is an 800 number. I sat on hold and some dull lady who sounded like she would want to be anywhere but at her job said she would transfer me to my branch but all she did was transfer me back into the same hold line. Y’all need to get it together. Turns out that first part is from the last time I had to call regions. Now my app and internet login are both non working, and yes I know my information. As soon as I find a regions branch, I’m taking what I have left and taking it to my Chase Bank. It might smell like a nursing home, but they pick up the phone and take care of their customers.

Shout out to Ms. Kim Rankin who just started here at this branch - she just solved an issue I'd been having for a month with overdraft fees in about 5 minutes just by calling in to touch base with me! AWESOME!!!!!
