Regions Bank Jiles Rd, Kennesaw

Love this bank! Jennifer helped me with my name change today. We talked about my newborn as well. Everyone was super nice and very safe (Covid).

I only have a loan through this bank and they cannot seem to handle setting up automatic payments. I have been in person and mailed in the form multiple times. It is also very difficult to get anyone on the phone and when you do they don't listen to the problem just follow the preplanned instructions that they are probably reading off a sheet. I WILL NEVER USE REGIONS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

The people are nice but they screw non members out of up to $20 for cashing a check. I think it is bull!@#% to charge someone that much money for tapping a few keys on the computer.

Almost never have a positive experience here. They mess up check deposits and are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful.

On 13 September 2016, Regions Bank entered into a settlement agreement with the United States Department of Justice. The settlement resolves allegations that Regions failed to meet its obligations as a participant in the FHA program. Regions has agreed to pay $52.4 million to resolve the allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by knowingly originating and underwriting mortgage loans insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Federal Housing Administration (FHA) that did not meet applicable requirements. I have been waiting 210 days for a response to the letter(s) I sent Regions Bank. They treat their customers like criminals and they have ruined my perfect credit score. Look what they've done with $52.4 million dollars of our savings! Bank with Regions!

I have to give a shout out to Tammy and anyone else there who assisted my parents as they were dealing with fraud earlier this week. Being in banking myself, I could assist them, but only so much. Thank you Tammy for taking the time you spent with my mom to get everything straight for them and getting information together for the police report.

I have had great customer service here on multiple occasions even coming in late a couple times on Fridays and making larger transfers than normal. Ruby in particular has always been super helpful!

This got to be the worst bank there is customer service horrible, bank horrible everything about this place and employees are horrible! I Have had to many actuations with this one bank I would not recommend them to no one

Customer service representatives ate very knowledgeable and friendly. They will go out of their way to help to make a customers happy.
