Regions Bank 66th St, St. Petersburg

Don’t get me know, employees are awesome. Ever sense they took out the drive through the efficiency has dropped tremendously. They have one employee that can’t do most customer service tasks and then there is very few people helping customers. If you have a long task like setting up a new line then it’s no issue but if you go there on the norm to do deposits which is a very short task then there is nothing worse than being bottle down with other customers that have long tasts in front of you.

Had a great experience at this location. This was my first time going into the branch for assistance and the customer service was excellent! Chad was the representative that helped me, he was extremely prompt in following up, courteous, and even offered great advice for future transactions. This bank offers extremely low loan rates for consolidation or auto loans.

Absolute worst bank I've ever had to experience. The staff at the location was always very helpful correcting the companies mistakes involving my checking account. Everyone told me not to bank with Regions, however I did anyways and I regret it everyday. Id like to give this place negitive stars. Please people do not bank with Regions you will constantly have issues.

This bank sucks. I have problems every time I goto any regions bank.always something different. Online says the drive thru is open till 6.on Fridays. It's friday I get there 20 mins till 6 and only line open is ATM. Pulled up to the tube and hit call like 5 times can see someone walking around in the back but no assistance at all. Very dissatisfied

Greedy corporate hotheads with all the money in their pockets need to invest in their own business. The ATM at this location has been down four times in the last six months at what point will you fix it or replace it. I’ll be closing my account this week after eight years. I had A deposit lost another location, and the mobile app is always down. Complete inconvenience due to lack of concern by management corporate

💵 🤑🏦 stop at Regions Bank on 66th Street on my way home from work with my brother to pick up payroll 💵I waited in the vehicle🛻 he went inside cash payroll checks came out in no time ⌛at all he said he had great service inside the bank and his teller was friendly and fast which is always nice on a Friday on your way home👍👍 😎

The ATM is always broken or will not except deposits.

I don’t have a Regions account, but last Thursday when my car was overheating I pulled into the parking lot so my car wouldn’t burn out on me while driving. No one was there at the time. But I did have to wait for a tow truck to arrive and the morning staff was more than happy to let me stay and wait for my car to be towed. Offered me water and had no complaints nothing! Very professional!

Theresa P. was outstanding! No words describe how my experience was the few minutes I visited this branch with her. She was just plain amazing. Very informative and answered every question I had. Made me feel very welcomed. Love the bank and will definitely be visiting this branch more often!

Customer service is EXCELLENT! I have moved ALL of my banking to Regions for their awesome customer service and their great rates. Refinanced my mortgage a few years ago and both vehicles with them just last month.
