Regions Bank E Broadway Blvd, West Memphis

One of the most historic looking branches I've ever done business at, I guess because it is joined to an old Radio Station. Service was good lines were short and it has the most easily accessible ATMs.

The service to cash a check was very slow and there was no line! There should not be any panhandlers outside the door waiting for people exiting asking for loose change!!!

Went up there to get a new card printed. Lady was nice but what took Bartlett 2 easy seconds to do, it took them 45 minutes to try, with me standing at the counter forever, and still not being able to print my card. Poor training of machines or employees, im not sure. Seemed like no one knew what to do. Literally worst decision ever and I had a feeling getting out of the car I shouldnt have gone to that regions.

Dont bank here. They cant cope with the business. Long wait everytime. Even before Covid. Business customers wait just as long. Find a slower bank of your time is important to you.

I need their service there, so l called and the associate that took my call was very professional in answering my questions. When we went through the drive through, again the teller was so polite with her expertise. Thank you for the good customer service shown to me at this location! Keep on keeping on!!!!!

I love Regions Bank but the line is always long in West Memphis and they are slower than molasses being poured from a jar on an ice cold day. 😩

The lines at the Regions Bank in West Memphis Arkansas are very slow. Not good for people who have disabilities that have to come in doors for transactions . I myself have to use a cane and the long standing isn't good for my legs. I have been in line and witnessed young and old with disabilities and complained .So I usually go to the Bank in Marion location because the tellers get you in and out.

If I could do 0 stars I would, they need help here or something I literally sat in the drive through for over an hour to be told they don’t have change..... and then people in the lines beside me steadily flowed... this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional!

Have banked there for years, love the people, service and assistance.
