Regions Bank 20th St, Birmingham

DO NOT bank at regions. Worst bank in the WORLD. Held me financially responsible for a bank error after I was assured by multiple bankers that would not be the case. Every single time there's an issue no matter what it is I'm told that their systems are automatic & they can't help me. THEY submitted the complete wrong paperwork in addition to misinforming me several steps along the way & I'm the one that has to (literally) pay for it. Disgusted by the lack of care this company has for customers. Switching banks ASAP.

I was a little concerned to go to this Regions due to many bad reviews, however, I had the opposite experience: it went very smoothly and the customer service was awesome. I was helped by (I believe his name is) Gabriel and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Very satisfied!

If someone is in your branch at the brink of tears because of overdraft fees I wouldn’t recommend a credit card as a solution. Way to charge me fees for debt and try to do the same thing on top of that again for a credit card. Worst customer service I’ve received. Offer solutions not more ways to generate profits for your already greedy pockets.

I have to come here to deposit for work. It is the worst part of my day. The girl they have working the drive through is obviously not smart enough to count money. Here is an idea. Instead of hiring just because people are black, hire actual intelligent people. Sick of the dumb ones getting jobs just because it's PC

My favorite regions branch int he town - parking always available, not too busy and close to my work. Never experienced anyone being rude or unprofessional, not sure why other reviews are so bad. Good for me though because this place is so empty therefor.

As someone who was once an employee of the company and worked in all areas of a branch... can definitely say the Saturday drive thru is one of the slowest. It may be due to lack of employees, but either way. It's sad.

This place has an inconvient drive thru. Handicapped parking in rear with side entrance saying go to front entrance. Safe deposit boxes are down 2 sets of stairs and an appointment was needed to use the box.

Opened an account there and transferred money from another bank using a check. It took them two weeks to verify this because I apparently they had information that the funds wouldn't be available. I had bills to pay and all my money was in limbo. A friend opened an account and we were told we would each get $50 dollars because I refereed her. The debit card never arrived, I guess it got lost in the mail (twice). Then we didn't get the cash we were promised because she didn't use her debit card enough within a certain time frame.

Switching to another bank ASAP! Rude inside staff! It is amazing how some people have so little in their life that they want to yield what minute power they have and treat people like garbage. I will let my money work for another bank.

Thanks for having me waiting & wasting my time for nothing Ms. Jo you were not a bit of help. I swear some people make the simple complicated. I should have paid attention to your low rating reviews 1.8 because they are so true. Will never be back or refer anyone here worlds worse branch!!!
