I am a customer of Regions bank for the last couple of months, and until today did I have anything negative to say about this bank. I drove to this particular branch and it is my prefer choice to do my banking services by the drive through, its an amazing service banks offer, and I particularly take advantage of it. I send my drivers license and I ask for a withdrawal slip since there is none to be completed and submit. The agent in the bank stated, that if I wanted to withdraw money from my account I needed to prove a check, confused I asked "FOR MYSELF, TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY OWN ACCOUNT?'' she said yes, and if I wanted to take money other wise I had to go inside the bank. So I asked, "Are you sure, this is me in this ID, and I have my account information, I can provide more identification", she said yes. So, now I ask REGIONS, why exactly do you have drive through services if you can not provide them? Also, why do I need to provide a check for myself to withdraw money for myself in my preferred bank? And finally, ever wonder why you can't compete with CHASE and BANK OF AMERICA? Very disappointing.

All negative comments here are absoluctly true about this banks branches and un general, exception are the Brickell branch which are excellent in attention.

II'm leaving the bank at this time, to get money from my account they ask for a personal check, and to send money by wester union is impossible, it take more than 20 minutes and they ask for more personal information than in a work application, typical of Miami, the managers who do not know anything of what means customer service.

Every week I have to call for any nonsense that if they block my mobile app and you do not know how to fix my problem that if I deposit a check and it is not available until after 10 business days because they are reviewing it when they have already been charged to My employer and how that every week is something like for example that I cannot add my brother to the payment for zelle because according to you he is not registered in zelle but he is not him I cannot add anyone who has a chase bank myself personally I am very dissatisfied with the bank's services this is precisely about this branch is about the bank in general it does not work
