Don't know about you, Would not trust these folks with my money. Called with a simple, generic question about cashier's check which any bank employee should know, and ended up put on hold several minutes. Lady came back on the line and said her manager told her to give me the 800 number to call and ask them. The 800 number was the automated help line. Shaking my head...

Although this is my hometown bank, I’d rather go to another Regions bank in my surrounding area. I’ve encountered poor experience on multiple occasions.
