Regions Bank S Main St, Milan

Went inside to make a little deposit today because the drive throughs were down. Building looks great, well manicured lawn. Past the front door the inside looks spacious and well maintained. Teller promptly came to the desk and was polite, reminded me of ATM deposits, which I myself don't trust.

They are wonderful people we had an account for 34 years as a joint account. holders, and we just love everyone there they make you feel like family. We enjoy going to the bank just to talk to them we banked at Threeway, Tennessee until it closed down we loved Jennifer,Sandra, Courtney,Doris, they all were just as sweet as sugar,they always made your day even when you felt bad you could go in the bank and come out laughing. We will never go no where else Regions is home to us it's a southern down home bank where you can go in just talk or do business no matter what you did in the bank they made you feel at home and you always came out smiling at all of them, were banking in Milan now we love them people too they just can't get no better bankers than the people at a Regions Bank its Southern down home happiness that just makes you smile!!!

I Have been in Milan Tennessee for Ten years and I , have noticed that the Employees of this Region Branch are Friendly and Helpful . I have recommended Region Ban to numerous of, people who have Relocated to Tennessee !

Why can't we get the phone number for our local branch? This is very inconvenient!

Not answering phones right now DURING BUSINESS HOURS, now that inspires confidence in your Bank. Closed drive thru during pandemic forcing group/herd exposure indoors. I think I will keep my present bank. But good luck to those poor customers that made Regions their bank of choice. You already lost this customer, address the concerns of your remaining customers .

I've only been with Regions for 2 months and it is by far the worst bank I've been with. The people at the Milan branch are rude and don't even greet their customers. I was trying to close on my house and Regions would not even provide me with the correct documents that my lender was requesting. They also charge $8 for a cashiers check and a service fee on my account every month??? The last bank I was with had a monthly service fee but I actually got benefits from that fee like free money orders, checks and cashiers checks. I only received 1 check when I opened my account to get me through until my checks arrived. I will be leaving Regions Bank as soon as possible!!! What bank isn't open on Saturday and closes by 4:30 weekdays??? How is any normal working American suppose to do banking between 9-4:30???

People are nice and friendly but how can people that work 7:00am to 6:00pm suppose to withdraw large sums of money.Milan branch is closed on saturdays.This is a terrible way to do business in Milan.People can now get there money in jackson tn and spend it while in that city.Will surely lead to a sluggish tax revenue for milan,tn.

Every Bank in Milan is open but this one.
